What is Gamification?
Gamification works because it acts on those motivations all human beings share, it’s not only about scores and trophies. It has an effect on our deepest motivational levers, rooted in our DNA and which influence anything that regards us: relationships, performance, work. To gamify an activity means discovering the right motivational lever of each user (player/learner) and using it to generate a learning mechanism that will make the user become a limitless player. In case of a challenge to overcome, each didactic objective must be correctly applied in relation to the end game to be achieved.

Digital Learning
Lockdown has shown us that remote training works, but differently from in-presence training, it needs “reinforcement” tools to guarantee a more effective learning.
This is possible thanks to mobile learning and gamification.
Some examples of dynamics that can be applied to gamification:

Competition

Team Challenges
