Questo \u00e8 possibile affermarlo solo se iniziamo a considerare che <strong>la collaborazione on-line non \u00e8 legata solo alle tecnologie digitali<\/strong>. Senza dubbio l\u2019uso di strumenti di comunicazione, di condivisione e di coordinamento virtuali <strong>riduce le barriere<\/strong> comunicative causate dalla lontananza fisica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d02e04e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d02e04e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"530\" src=\"https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338-1024x678.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-2026\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338-1024x678.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338-1536x1018.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/disclose.team\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1603187018338.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-87e0605 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"87e0605\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ma per una corretta ed efficace gestione di un team virtuale \u00e8 possibile rifarsi ad un fondamentale elemento del lavoro di gruppo: <strong>la cooperazione e la coesione<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c5c9d6c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"c5c9d6c\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2c1beba\" data-id=\"2c1beba\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55342d8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"55342d8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">La componente socio-emotiva<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f20e643 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f20e643\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nella comunicazione virtuale non ci scambiamo semplicemente delle informazioni, ma i rispettivi \u201c<em>valori<\/em>\u201d che, condivisi, costituiscono il contesto relazionale. <strong>I rapporti di lavoro virtuali<\/strong> ci richiedono un maggiore impegno per capire veramente il nostro interlocutore. Impegno che ha in minima parte a che fare con la tecnologia. Non proprio. Forse \u00e8 anche l\u2019utilizzo che ne facciamo che rischia di compromettere le nostre performance lavorative.<\/p>\n<p>Il futuro sar\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 <em>focus-oriented<\/em>, ovvero sara\u0300 indispensabile <strong>sviluppare delle competenze<\/strong> che ci aiutino a impiegare le giuste attenzioni nelle relazioni da remoto, siano esse video-call, chat di messaggistica oppure mail. Il futuro ci vedr\u00e0 coinvolti in progetti che nascono e si concludono collaborando da remoto.
